Managing Director
Ben Ng brings the rigour, discipline and investigative mindset of a former Senior Investigation Officer of the Singapore Police Force to the leadership of Elitez Security Pte Ltd.
His deep law enforcement background ensures that ESPL’s security protocols, incident management procedures, and officer training meet or exceed standards expected by Singapore’s regulatory authorities.
Under his leadership, ESPL has grown to a team of 278+ certified officers, earned SSIA Awards across three categories in 2023, and developed the proprietary Smart Hybrid Security Model combining ELIX+ technology with EICC command centre operations.
