We service three main segments: Private Residential (Condominiums), Private Commercial including industrial buildings, religious institutions, offices and retail, and Events including large-scale national events and private functions such as exhibitions, churches, schools and corporate gatherings.

Our Hybrid Security Model combines trained security professionals + technology + EICC command centre oversight. Rather than relying solely on manpower, we deploy technology (LPR, AI CCTV, VMS, remote intercom, virtual patrol) alongside our trained officers, with 24/7 oversight from our Elitez Integrated Command Centre (EICC). This delivers stronger, more consistent security outcomes.

ELIX+ is Elitez’s proprietary digital operations platform. It manages GPS-tracked patrols, real-time officer attendance, incident logging, and reporting — giving management and clients full visibility of on-site operations without requiring physical supervisory visits.

The Elitez Integrated Command Centre (EICC) is our 24/7 remote monitoring hub. Operators monitor CCTV feeds, manage alerts, handle remote intercom calls and coordinate incident responses. It allows us to provide effective remote guarding coverage that strengthens overall site security.

Yes. Our 4-phase Security Audit process covers: (1) Onsite Assessment — site walkthrough and risk identification; (2) Manpower Audit — review of existing headcount and post structure; (3) Technology Assessment — review of existing systems and gaps; (4) Written Recommendations — a full proposal tailored to your site. This assessment is provided complimentary for prospective clients.

Yes. We install and integrate: Smart CCTVs (AI-enabled with line crossing, loitering and intrusion detection), License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems, Visitor Management Systems (VMS), IP intercom/remote intercom, access control and facial recognition systems. All technology is integrated into the EICC command centre for centralised management.

Yes. Beyond deployment, we offer independent security consultancy, risk assessments, and officer training programmes — helping clients strengthen their overall security posture, whether or not they engage our manpower services.

Our standard recurring security contracts are 12 months or 24 months. Longer commitments allow us to invest in site-specific officer training and technology integration. For events, we offer ad-hoc per-event contracts with no minimum term. Contact us to discuss your specific requirement.

Yes, without exception. Every security officer deployed by Elitez Security holds a valid PLRD (Police Licensing and Regulatory Department) security licence issued by the Singapore Police Force. We do not deploy unlicensed personnel. Licence verification is part of our pre-deployment protocol.

Yes. Officers deployed to residential and commercial sites are CPR/AED certified. This has directly contributed to at least one verified life-saving event — at Sims Urban Oasis in January 2024, where our officer provided CPR to a resident before paramedics arrived.

Officers undergo: induction and site-specific orientation, ELIX+ digital platform training, CPR/AED certification, emergency response (fire, bomb threat, medical), access control and patrol techniques, and CCTV monitoring fundamentals. Senior officers receive WSQ supervisory training. We also sponsor ongoing skills upgrading courses for our team.

Officer performance is monitored through ELIX+ (GPS patrol tracking, real-time attendance, incident logging), regular supervisory site visits, EICC command centre oversight, and client feedback. Any incidents or performance issues are documented and addressed through our HR protocols. Clients can request ELIX+ reports at any time.

Elitez Security has deployed for major national events and large private functions requiring precision crowd management, multi-agency coordination, and large officer deployments.

We recommend engaging us as early as possible, ideally 4–6 weeks before the event for planning and officer briefing. For large-scale events (500+ pax), 6–8 weeks minimum is advised to allow site reconnaissance, risk assessment, and coordinated deployment planning. We can accommodate shorter timelines — contact our ESPL Command Centre immediately for urgent requirements.

Yes. Our Events Security team includes a dedicated Traffic Division capability for managing vehicular flow, VIP arrival routes, public carpark management and coordination with LTA if required. This is particularly relevant for large outdoor events with significant vehicle traffic.
